Refund policy

Change-Of-Mind Refunds & Exchanges

If you change your mind, we are happy to offer a refund or an exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with their original tags still attached.

Shipping fees from your original order will not be refunded for change-of-mind returns.  Additionally, customers will be responsible for return packaging and associated costs.

How to Return or Exchange

If your item(s) meet the above conditions, you can contact us to initiate a return or exchange.

Please fold the garments neatly to ensure they can be promptly returned to our inventory. We reserve the right to deny refunds if the merchandise does not meet our returns policy requirements once assessed.

Consumer Law Rights

The above policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including any guarantees for items that are faulty or do not match their description, as enforced by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).
